Shawn Nguyen

Shawn Nguyen is an experienced professional in business systems and product management, currently serving as a Product Led GTM Business Systems architect at ClickUp since July 2022, focusing on AI-powered business systems. Prior to ClickUp, Shawn managed Go-To-Market business systems at Intercom and held significant roles at Workday, where achievements included leading the development of an integrated case auto-assignment algorithm that dramatically increased efficiency. Previous positions include consulting for nonprofits as a Salesforce Consultant at ShakeTech and various roles in tech operations and administration. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Asian American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
