Steven M. Kronenberg

Steven M. Kronenberg is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, education, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at ClickUp since April 2022, Steven focuses on optimizing outcomes for over 30 customers. Prior roles at ClickUp include Customer Success Engineer and Escalations Engineer, where Steven leveraged technical expertise to enhance customer relationships and advocate for client needs. As the Owner, Designer, and Maker at Crown Mountain Woodworks, Steven specializes in custom charcuterie boards.
