Andrea Heath began their work experience in 1997 as an Account Manager at Cellhire. Andrea then moved on to become a Senior Account Manager at Cable & Wireless before transitioning to the role of Sales Manager at Brain-ed Ltd in 2005. In 2007, they became a National Account Manager at Red Ant Enterprises. Andrea then worked as a Business Development Manager at The Juice Films Ltd from 2012 to 2013. Andrea then joined Macmillan Education as a Senior Account Manager from 2013 to 2016. Following that, Andrea worked as a Business Development Manager at LiteracyPlanet, where they achieved notable success in acquiring new school adoptions and training existing schools. Andrea later became a Senior Account Manager at Wiley from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Andrea is serving as a Customer Success Manager at ClickView, where they have now taken on the role of Team Lead for Customer Success since January 2023.
Andrea Heath completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology Sydney from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Resource Management from De Montfort University between 1991 and 1994. Along with their formal education, Andrea also holds a certification as a Breastfeeding Counsellor from the Australian Breastfeeding Association.
