In the last 35 years, over 6000 people have attended the Client Centred Consulting programme, enabling them to create positive impactful change for themselves and within their organisations.

“Possibly the only ‘event’ I’ve ever participated in that was truly life changing”

What is Client Centred Consultancy?

A totally experiential course where clients experience, the whole consultancy cycle, and develop the skills of being both clients and consultants.

“It’s simple in its concept but very complex in its applications”

At the programmes core we support a range of consulting styles that put the client at the centre. We help individuals to be effective communicators, by helping them to ask the right questions and to listen effectively. We teach the interpersonal skills that are needed to enable the facilitation of change. We support individuals in a journey of self-awareness, which often enables the development of self-esteem and confidence. We help to create skills that support problem solving and effective collaboration.

“It has been one of the best experiences and attitude changing courses I have ever been on”

How do we deliver Client Centred Consultancy?

Our open programme is a 5-day residential and experiential learning experience, where participants and learn an array of new skills as well as learning a lot about themselves and how they can become effective and impactful.

“I have already started to change the culture in the area I influence. The skills I have learned are already coming into their own”

We also offer Client Centred Consultancy delivered specifically for your organisation either in house or an agreed off site venue designed to meet the demands of your business without compromising the learning impact.

“One of the most valuable experiences I’ve ever had”

Who is it for?

The programme is for anyone involved in change, including internal and external consultants, project managers, senior and middle managers.
