What is Client Centred Consultancy?

A totally experiential course where clients experience, the whole consultancy cycle, and develop the skills of being both clients and consultants.

At the programmes core we support a range of consulting styles that put the client at the centre. We help individuals to be effective communicators, by helping them to ask the right questions and to listen effectively. We teach the interpersonal skills that are needed to enable the facilitation of change. We support individuals in a journey of self-awareness, which often enables the development of self-esteem and confidence. We help to create skills that support problem solving and effective collaboration.

How do we deliver Client Centred Consultancy?

Our open programme is a 5-day residential and experiential learning experience, where participants and learn an array of new skills as well as learning a lot about themselves and how they can become effective and impactful.
