Susan Thaden founded CRi in 1999. Her vision was to create an IT talent and solutions partner that would be recognized as an industry leader through its strong commitment to a culture of service and values. Sue sets the standard for the entire team through her dedication to serving CRi’s clients and employees.

With 20 years of experience in the IT industry, she is a hands-on leader who works with her team at every level of the business to provide superior results and service to the clients. Over the years, CRi’s growth has led to the addition of several key leadership personnel. Sue has been personally committed to adding the right key talent to enhance CRi’s culture while driving future growth.
