Donna Morea

Donna Morea joined CSA’s board of directors in 2021. Donna currently serves on several boards in multiple capacities. She is a board member of the Blue Delta Advisory Board and has been actively involved in this role since 2019. Since December 2016, Donna has served as operating executive at Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG) focused on the technology and business services sectors—also serving on several Carlyle portfolio company boards. Donna is also on the board of directors of Truist Financial Corporation (NYSE: TFC), Inova Health Systems, and serves as the chair of the board of SAIC (NYSE: SAIC).

From 2004 to 2011, Donna served as president of CGI Inc (NYSE: GIB), where she led CGI’s software and information technology services in the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific, serving commercial and government clients. Prior to that, she served in numerous executive management roles at American Management Systems, which was acquired by CGI in 2004. Donna also served on the board of directors of CGI and as chair of the Northern Virginia Technology Council.

Donna holds a master’s, with distinction, in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s with high honors from Wesleyan University.
