Ellen Barletto

Ellen Barletto joined CSA in 2008 and currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, she is responsible for CSA’s contracts, procurement, financial controls, security, human resources, recruiting and corporate administrative functions.

Since 2008, Ellen has championed CSA on several engagements, remote and on customer site, with steadfast commitment and excellence. Ellen’s extensive CSA background includes supporting direct contract work for the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) customer with lifecycle contract, financial, program/schedule management, and acquisition management support as well as her contribution to CSA’s Marketing and Sales team initiatives to develop new business opportunities, including leading proposal sections and technical volume development efforts across multiple RFPs.

Before joining CSA, Ellen served as legal support to the U.S. Department of Justice–Environment and Natural Resources Division–Environmental Enforcement Section. Ellen started her career as an intern at the U.S. House of Representatives followed by one year working for the largest U.S immigration law firm, Fragomen.

Ellen holds a Masters in Business Administration and an MA in Government from Johns Hopkins University, as well as a BA in Political Science from Saint Michael’s College. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM).
