Tim Spadafore

Tim Spadafore joined CSA as chief operating officer in July 2022. Tim has responsibility for all of CSA’s operating divisions, as well as the quality and IT support team. Tim has more than 26 years of experience in the federal contracting arena delivering enterprise IT modernization, agile-based enterprise IT, financial management and enterprise resource planning solutions.

Tim is an accomplished senior executive with proficiency in business operations, company growth, engagement management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate staffing, and business development, which will benefit CSA’s growth-oriented strategy. Tim has participated in and led four mergers within the past 10 years, including the recent acquisition and integration of Array into CGI Federal.

Prior to CSA, Tim served as the senior vice president for CGI Federal’s Defense, Intelligence, and Space business unit. He was responsible for all aspects of the business and growth strategy. Before CGI, Tim was the president and COO for TeraThink, which was acquired by CGI in 2020. Tim also served as COO of Dominion Consulting prior to its merger with TeraThink.

Tim has a B.S. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where is also a member of the Lally Leadership Council.
