Jo Buckley

Jo Buckley is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at ClientEarth since May 2023, Jo previously held leadership positions at Frontline AIDS and The Grace Eyre Foundation. The career spans significant roles at Unilever, including HR Business Partner and Leadership and Organisation Development Advisor, where Jo implemented HR initiatives and managed talent management processes. With a foundation in HR coordination at TMC and a master's degree in Human Resources from Kingston University, Jo has developed expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness throughout a diverse career starting from the Runnymede Hotel and Spa in the late 1990s.
