Dino D. has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years. In 1991, they began their career at Floor Design, Inc. as an IT Associate, where they maintained and ensured successful operations of the computing environment, implemented and supported vendor software, and worked with vendors to install software patches. In 1998, Dino moved to Cargill, Inc. - Corporate as an IT Associate, where they were the project manager and lead on the Bogie Project for Cargill Coffee. In 2000, they were promoted to Business Relationship Manager at Cargill, Inc. - Food Ingredients, where they developed and managed a combined IT budget of $16 million. Dino also created and directed IT strategies to ensure solutions met the needs and growth strategy. As an Integration Architect, they managed the budget for Integration services and led the development and execution of financial commitment to deploy Integration Strategy. In 2012, Dino moved to Sleep Number Corporation as an Integration Architect, where they worked with the integration team to drive a disciplined approach to integration development and operations. In 2015, they became Technical Lead - Enterprise Apps, Data Services and Integration at Buffalo Wild Wings, where they led a team for supporting, developing and deploying the enterprise applications, integration, MDM and BI environments. Finally, in 2016, Dino joined Simplify IT On Demand Inc. as an IT Consultant, where they worked with clients to develop integration strategies, architecture, develop and deploy integration solutions. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Technology at Clientek.

Dino D. graduated from Saint Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Information Systems.
