Jesse LaDousa

Chief Executive Officer at Clientek

Jesse LaDousa has over twenty years of experience in software engineering, program and project management, and customer relations. From 1996 to 2001 they worked as a software engineer for Software Management and SS&C Technologies. In 2002 they became the Software Development Manager for Dexma, Inc, where they led a product development group responsible for a business to business loan origination portal. From 2007 to 2009 they were a Project & Program Management Consultant for Digineer. Jesse then became the Director of Software Development and Software Development Manager for XATA Corporation from 2009 to 2011. In 2011 they joined Sajan as the Director of Software Engineering, and in 2012 they became the Chief Operating Officer and Partner, Chief Customer Officer for Clientek. In their role as Partner, Chief Customer Officer, LaDousa is responsible for the total relationship between Clientek and its customers, ensuring customer centricity and the success of their engagements while driving sustainable growth for the organization.

Jesse LaDousa obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire between 1996 and 2001. In 2008, they earned a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Two years later, in 2010, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
