Matt Childs currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Clientshare since April 2024. Prior to this role, Matt held several positions at Upp Technologies Ltd. from November 2019 to April 2024, including VP of Engineering, Engineering Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. Matt's experience also includes working as a Senior Software Engineer Consultant at Slalom from May 2015 to November 2019, and as a Technical Delivery Consultant at ABACO SpA from September 2014 to May 2015. Earlier in the career, Matt was a Business Consultant in CIO Advisory at Atos Consulting and an Associate Consultant at Conchango (EMC Consulting). Matt began the professional journey with an industrial placement at Conchango. Educational qualifications include a BSc Computing (Hons) from Bournemouth University and a Chinese Language Program from the Chinese Language Center at National Taichung University of Education in Taiwan.
