Arlene Yocum

Arlene Yocum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance, law, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Director for Cleveland-Cliffs, Glenmede Trust Company, and Hamilton Lane Alliance Holdings since January 2019, Arlene also holds a Director position at AK Steel Corporation, where involvement includes Audit, Compensation, and Corporate Sustainability Committees. Prior experience includes roles at PNC spanning from Executive Vice President and Client and Employee Experience Director to Senior Vice President positions in various departments. Arlene has also made contributions as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers School of Law and practiced law at Blank Rome LLP. Arlene holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Villanova University and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Dickinson College.
