Barry Felton is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in capital expenditure projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc since December 2020, Barry manages projects from development through installation and commissioning. Prior to this role, Barry spent 40 years at ARCELORMITTAL USA, where responsibilities included developing feasibility studies and overseeing the entire project management process for capital funding requests. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
