Ben Oren is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in corporate finance and treasury roles across several high-profile companies. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member at Cleveland-Cliffs since May 2024, Ben also holds executive positions at Liberty Media, Liberty Broadband Corporation, Qurate Retail Group, Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Atlanta Braves, and Liberty Sirius XM Group since August 2020, overseeing finance-related activities for public companies with a combined net asset value exceeding $57 billion. Prior to these roles, Ben was Managing Director at Credit Suisse, leading a high-performing team in Leveraged Finance, and previously served as Executive Director at UBS Securities LLC. Ben started a career in finance as an Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston after earning a BS in Finance, Management, and Legal Studies from The Wharton School.
