Brian Demos

Brian Demos is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the steel manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Operations Manager HBI at Cleveland-Cliffs since October 2023, Brian previously held the position of Plant Manager at Kymera International from April 2023 to October 2023. Brian's career at United States Steel Corporation spanned from August 2016 to April 2023, where roles included Area Manager for Hot Rolling Operations and Department Manager for Quality Assurance. Earlier experience includes serving as Plant Manager at Eaton Steel Bar Company and various positions at United States Steel Corporation, including Process Health Consultant and Shift Manager. Brian holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Michigan University.
