Calla Dolph

Calla Dolph, CPA, CGMA, MB, currently serves as Corporate Accounting Manager for External Reporting & Special Projects at Cleveland-Cliffs, overseeing the financial close process for the USA business and managing a team of analysts. Previously, Calla held a similar role at ArcelorMittal USA and served as Corporate Controller at Adams Remco Inc., managing accounting functions and employee benefit plans. Additional experience includes roles in accounting management and finance project management at THOR Industries and Whirlpool Corporation, along with leadership in financial advising at JPMorgan Chase. Calla holds two Master’s degrees in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Purdue University Northwest and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University.
