Candice Maxwell

Candice Maxwell has accumulated extensive experience in environmental management and engineering, currently serving as the Environmental Manager at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc since January 2007, where responsibilities include environmental permitting, compliance, training, and the integration of environmental management systems. Previously, Candice held the position of Environmental Engineer, focusing on NPDES, Title V, and Taconite MACT permit compliance. Prior to joining Cleveland-Cliffs Inc, Candice worked as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo and a Researcher at GeoSearch Environmental Information, specializing in Phase I assessments and historical research. Candice holds a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Texas A&M University.
