Caroline Martin

Caroline Martin has extensive experience in administrative and operational roles within high-profile organizations. Currently serving as an Operations Representative at Cleveland-Cliffs since April 2021, Caroline previously worked as an Administrator at Arcelormittal Burns Harbor LLC from January 2011 to April 2021, where responsibilities included managing a mentorship program, preparing communications and reports for the General Manager, and organizing plant-wide activities for over 4,000 employees. Prior to that, Caroline was a Legal Secretary/Marketing Assistant at Jackson Lewis P.C. from October 2009 to December 2010, supporting legal and marketing efforts. Caroline's career began at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, where a decade was spent as a Legal Secretary with a focus on labor and employment law. Caroline holds a degree from the University of Indianapolis.
