Carrie Jones

Carrie Jones has extensive experience in customer account management and sales, currently serving at Cleveland-Cliffs since September 2011 in various roles, including Senior Customer Account Representative and Senior Electronic Data Integration Representative. Prior to this, Carrie worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Tomson Steel from 2007 to 2009 and has also been involved with AK Steel Corporation, focusing on managing automotive carbon accounts and forecasting customer needs to ensure timely order fulfillment. Carrie holds a High School Diploma in Intensive Office Education from Edgewood High School.
