Dirk Graham

Dirk Graham, CSP, currently serves as the Manager of Health and Safety at Cleveland-Cliffs, overseeing safety and security for Butler Works and Zanesville Works. Graham effectively manages direct reports and collaborates with Joint Union and Management Safety teams. Previously, at United States Steel Corporation, Graham held various roles, culminating as a Safety and Industrial Hygiene Senior Specialist III, where achievements included leading a site to win the USS CEO Safety Cup and implementing safety initiatives in collaboration with plant management. Graham's extensive experience includes coaching safety leaders, sustaining management systems, and conducting safety audits, with a foundational Bachelor's degree in Safety Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
