Doug Shaw has over two decades of experience in process and project management within the steel industry. Currently serving as a Process Manager at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc since December 2020, Doug previously held the same title at ArcelorMittal from November 2007 to December 2020. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Enprotech Industrial Technologies, LLC., where responsibilities involved troubleshooting equipment issues and developing repair scopes, as well as serving as Project Manager and Purchasing Agent at Exact Engineering, Inc., focusing on similar project management tasks and material procurement for equipment reconditioning.
