Eric Brown, MSM, has over 14 years of experience in maintenance management and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as a Maintenance Planner at Cleveland-Cliffs, Eric specializes in electrical design and optimizing maintenance processes to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Eric held various roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, including Maintenance Supervisor, where they maintained automation equipment and planned maintenance activities. They also contributed as an Electrical Engineer at Albert Kahn Associates and Motor City Electric Technologies Inc., building a solid foundation in electrical engineering. Eric holds a Master’s of Science in Management from Walsh College and a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
