Japp Jerome

Japp Jerome has extensive experience in maintenance and operations management within the mining and minerals sector. Since November 2017, Japp has served as the Section Manager of Maintenance at Cleveland-Cliffs, and has held various roles at Cliffs Natural Resources since March 1998, including Business Improvement Section Advisor and Section Manager of Planning and Scheduling for the Tilden plant. Japp has also worked at United Taconite in a managerial capacity and as a Planner at ISP Minerals, overseeing mechanical activities at the Pembine, WI facility.
