Jeff James

Jeff James is an experienced operations and site manager with a strong background in production management, procurement, and sales. Currently serving as Operations Shift Manager at Cleveland-Cliffs and ArcelorMittal USA since May and April 2019 respectively, Jeff also holds the position of Site Manager at Manitex Sabre since February 2014. Previous roles include Process Manager at ArcelorMittal USA and Site Manager at Manitex Sabre Inc. from 2006 to 2017. Jeff's expertise encompasses quoting products, materials procurement, production scheduling, inventory control, employee reviews, forecasting, budget proposals, and overseeing various personnel in supervisory, engineering, purchasing, and quality control functions. Jeff began a career in sales and marketing in 2000 and has a foundational background as a welder fabricator, starting in 1993. Jeff graduated from Laporte High School with a diploma in 1991.
