Jill Hough

Jill Hough is currently the Section Manager of Human Resources at Cleveland-Cliffs, a position held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Senior Human Resources and Labor Relations Representative at ArcelorMittal in 2012, where they managed HR activities, ensured compliance with employment laws, and coordinated hiring processes. Jill also worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Sealy from 1990 to 1995, where they coordinated marketing initiatives for national accounts. They earned a degree from Indiana University Bloomington from 1986 to 1990.
