Jonathon Ray

Jonathon Ray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, education, and security. Currently serving as a Senior Shift Manager at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc since August 2018, Jonathon leads a team of over 100 personnel and oversees the management of 25 million items across 13 warehouse locations. As an Adjunct Professor and Curriculum Developer at Tiffin University, Jonathon utilizes diverse teaching methods in Business and Criminal Justice courses. Previous roles include Business Lead at J.R. Solutions, where consulting was provided for churches; various positions in Supply Chain management at FirstEnergy; and security roles at local sheriff’s offices and hospitals. Jonathon's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University, along with several certifications and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Ohio University.
