Kelly Lamarr

Kelly LaMarr possesses extensive experience in benefits administration, having served as a Benefits Administrator at Cleveland-Cliffs since August 2021. Prior to this role, Kelly worked for the City of Gary from August 2016 to August 2021, holding positions as Benefits Coordinator and Benefits Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Administrator at Lear Corporation from December 2014 to August 2016. Kelly LaMarr holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University (1988-1992) and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University Northwest (1995-1997).
