Kevin Coffee

Kevin Coffee is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as Operations Shift Manager at Cleveland-Cliffs since April 2023, Kevin oversees Finishing Operations. Previously, Kevin was a Production Supervisor at Precoat Metals from September 2021 to April 2023. Prior roles include Operations Superintendent/Quality Manager and Production Supervisor at Silgan Containers, where responsibilities included supervising continuous coil coater processes and driving safety and quality improvements from January 2016 to July 2021. Kevin's career began at U.S. Steel, where duties as a Supervisor encompassed the entire process of tin, cold rolling, finishing, packaging, and warehousing from October 2002 to December 2015.
