Kevin Neale is currently the Sr. Director of Quality for West LFR & Plate Products at Cleveland-Cliffs, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, Kevin held various managerial roles at ArcelorMittal from 2003 to 2014, focusing on quality and steel manufacturing. They also worked as a Quality Manager at BorgWarner Inc. from 2002 to 2003. Kevin is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Material Science and Engineering at Virginia Tech and already holds a Master of Science in Management from Purdue University and another Bachelor of Science in Material Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech.
