Leonard Davis

Leonard Davis is a seasoned Plant Manager at Arcosa, bringing over 30 years of experience in heavy industry, particularly in steel, along with leadership skills in both Union and non-Union environments. Currently, Leonard holds a Senior Division Manager position at Cleveland-Cliffs and is completing a Master's degree in Management/MBA at Purdue University, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Throughout their diverse career, Leonard has applied Lean Six Sigma practices and has gained extensive knowledge in production, maintenance, and various operational functions.
