Mindi Cooper

Mindi Cooper is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer service and interpretation. Currently serving as a Customer Account Representative at Cleveland-Cliffs since June 2022, Mindi has also worked as an Interpreter for Sorenson Communications and as an Independent Contractor since January 2018 and July 2014, respectively. Previously, Mindi held the positions of Patient Access Supervisor and Team Lead at Kettering Health Network from July 2020 to June 2022. Early career experience includes serving as a Server and Designated Trainer at The Cheesecake Factory and as a Student Tutor at Sinclair Community College CFE Lab. Mindi's background in photography spans from June 2011 to April 2013 at Lifetouch Portrait Studios. Mindi holds a Bachelor's degree in American Sign Language from Eastern Kentucky University and an Associate's degree in American Sign Language from Sinclair Community College, complemented by a High School Diploma from Fairborn High School.
