Nathan Berry

Nathan Berry currently serves as Corporate Director of Safety at Cleveland-Cliffs and has held multiple leadership roles within the company since October 2017, including Director of Safety Training and Technology and Area Manager of Health, Safety and Security. Prior to this, Nathan worked as a Leadership Development Specialist at Intentional Safety from January 2016 to May 2023, and spent nearly two decades at North Star BlueScope Steel in various safety and management positions, culminating as HSE Manager. Nathan's career began with service in the Army National Guard as Military Police and included a role as a Conservation Worker with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Management from The University of Findlay, along with degrees in Advanced Technology Education and Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies from Bowling Green State University and Owens Community College, respectively. Nathan also studied Wildlife Management at Hocking College.
