Paul Wu is a LEAN Production Leader who currently serves as an Associate Director at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, focusing on Lean Production and Supply Chain. With over a decade of experience, they previously held roles including Quality Manager at Valbruna Group USA and Corporate Manager of Quality Assurance at Cleveland-Cliffs, where they drove significant revenue recovery and operational improvements.
