Renee Distefano

Renee Distefano is a seasoned professional in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as a Senior Process Technology Engineer at Cleveland-Cliffs since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Production Cell Lead at PPG Industries, and various positions at Arconic from August 2007 to October 2017, including Sr. Leader - Maintenance Process Supervisor and Manufacturing Engineer, where participation in process improvement initiatives was a key focus. Additionally, Renee managed operations at Alcoa's Al-Li casting facility, overseeing daily operations, production scheduling, and employee development.
