Richard Dugan

Richard Dugan, PE, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Infrastructure at Cleveland-Cliffs, overseeing the Corporate Infrastructure Program across multiple locations in the Midwest and Northeast United States. Dugan's extensive career in project management began at LTV Steel Corporation as a Civil Project Manager and has included significant roles at AK Steel Corporation, both before and after its acquisition by Cleveland-Cliffs, where major capital projects were managed, particularly at the Mansfield Works. Dugan also has experience from Cliffs Natural Resources, where responsibilities included capital project management and the establishment of a training center for project management competencies. Richard Dugan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University.
