Rob Oslakovic

Rob Oslakovic is an experienced professional in the steel industry, currently serving as the Director of Hot Rolled Product Control at Cleveland-Cliffs since December 2020. In this role, Rob oversees pricing and strategy for the distribution market of Plates, while also assisting the Product Director in achieving business objectives related to volume, price, profitability, and market share. Prior to Cleveland-Cliffs, Rob held various positions at ArcelorMittal USA from September 2008 to December 2020, including Product Manager and Account Manager, where responsibilities involved supporting business plan goals and fostering alignment between sales and marketing functions. Rob began their career at Cargill Steel Group as an Outside Sales Representative from January 2000 to August 2008, managing customer accounts and conducting contract negotiations. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Western Kentucky University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
