Steve Ruspakka is an experienced Area Manager for Maintenance & Asset Management at Cleveland-Cliffs, a position held since 2006. In this role, they oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance as well as engineering and asset management at the Tilden Plant. Prior to this, Steve worked as a Project Engineer at International Paper in 2003 and as an MWD/LWD Field Engineer at SLB from 2004 to 2006. Steve earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2004 and participated in a foreign exchange program at Tampere University of Technology in 2002.
