Troy Lane

Troy Lane is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in system administration and IT support. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology System Administrator at Cleveland-Cliffs since September 2011, Troy is responsible for supporting a large user base, managing numerous computers, printers, and file servers. Prior roles include I.T. Support Analyst at Cliffs Natural Resources and Security Administrator at Upper Peninsula Health Plan, where Troy specialized in network security and managed Health Information Exchange initiatives. Troy began the career as a Systems Analyst at Marquette General Health System, contributing to the design and support of information systems for a 400-bed regional medical center and associated clinics. Troy holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronics Technology from Northern Michigan University.
