Tushar Mondhe

Tushar Mondhe, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations Finance Mining at Cleveland-Cliffs, a position held since May 2008. In this role, Tushar leads finance efforts in collaboration with the VP of Mining & Pelletizing, focusing on long-term strategies for production, cost management, and capital allocation in a business unit generating over $2 billion annually. Previous roles at Cleveland-Cliffs include Senior Manager of Operations and Capital Finance and Manager of Strategic Financial Analysis, where Tushar oversaw project valuations and facilitated significant operational cost reductions. Tushar's career began at Supreme Petrochem Ltd as an Executive in Export Marketing. Tushar holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Additional education includes participation in the Cleveland Bridge Builders program in 2014.
