William Richardson is an experienced Executive Manager currently serving as the Senior Manager of Organization Development at Cleveland-Cliffs and co-chair of the Joint Planning Electrical Safety Committee (JPESC). With a background in operations, consulting, and project management, they have previously held positions at C&W Services (Amazon), Cleveland-Cliffs, and Greater Cleveland RTA, where they significantly improved maintenance processes and completion rates.
