The evolution of Clifton Homes is in line with the progression of the economy and how it affects residential housing. I have studied market trends, been through the recession and housing crisis, and through extensive research, our team has developed a vertically integrated model to deliver thousands of units of residential rental housing in the coming years. Today, our portfolio ranges from swift renovations on distressed properties to investments on raw land that we are entitling, developing, and building rental assets. Our team continues to produce Build-to-Rent product with significant potential for wealth accumulation and want to help more investors build assets that stand the test of time. I pray daily to make the right decisions in our business to provide for my family and two daughters, the Clifton team of employees, and the investors who trust us with their futures.
