Vaishnavi HR has two years of work experience in the HR field. In 2021, they joined ClifyX as a US IT Recruiter, providing Total workforce and Global Contingent Workforce solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. Prior to this, in 2020, they worked as a Recruiter for Hire and Retain.

Vaishnavi HR is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Account and Finance at Vedanta College, Vitthalwadi, which they started in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2021.
