Ben Cook

Ben Cook is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Climate Friendly since January 2024, Ben previously held various roles at Connective Services from October 2006 to October 2023, including Solutions Architect - Business Solutions, Head of Development, and Senior Software Developer. In these positions, Ben designed and implemented numerous projects such as the Mercury Nexus migration and the Redact engine while managing IT teams to support the evolution of the Mercury platform. Ben began the professional journey as an Educational Psychologist at the Independent Testing Service of Australia and as a Developmental Psychologist with the Department of Human Services in Victoria, Australia. Education credentials include a Master of Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from RMIT University, along with a Bachelor of Behavioral Science in Psychology from Latrobe University.
