Jacques Bonvin

Jacques Bonvin is a Partner at Niederer Kraft Frey, specializing in corporate law, international mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance, particularly within the technology sector. With over twenty-five years of experience, Jacques regularly advises board members on corporate governance and strategic issues, and acts as lead counsel in cross-border transactions globally. In addition to their role at Niederer Kraft Frey, Jacques serves as General Counsel for Solar Impulse and is a Board Member at Fongit. They have also contributed to academia as a lecturer at EPFL-HEC Management of Technology.
