Soham Basu is a seasoned engineering and innovation leader with extensive experience in various roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Innovation at Climate Control Group, Soham has previously held key positions including Quality and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Nortek Air Solutions, LLC, Capital Projects and New Business Integration Lead at Carlisle FoodService Products, ME Manager at Terex Corporation, and Industrial Engineer at Link-Belt Construction Equipment. Soham possesses a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
