Florian Egger

Florian Egger is a seasoned professional in sustainability and project management, currently serving as the Team Lead for Commercial Sustainability Austria at ClimatePartner since July 2021. In this role, Egger oversees sustainability sales and consulting, focusing on carbon accounting and decarbonization strategies while managing a team of five and overseeing the Austrian market and CEE region development. Additionally, Egger holds the position of Commercial Sustainability Manager and guest lecturer at FHWien der WKW, where responsibilities include teaching MBA courses on Carbon Accounting. Previous experience includes working as Destination Manager for GET LOCAL AG, where Egger established the Vienna branch and negotiated partnerships with numerous hotels and service providers. Prior roles encompass consulting for various institutions and fundraising leadership for the Austrian Red Cross. Florian Egger holds a B.Sc. in International Business Administration from WU Vienna, an M.A. in Business Administration from FHWien der WKW, and additional studies at The University of Western Australia.
