León Willis is the Head of Climate Finance at ClimatePartner, where they drive the Group’s capital initiatives. They previously served as Director of the Climate Finance Lab at Mōhio from 2017 to 2021, and as an Associate at Impact Investment Exchange (IIX) from 2011 to 2013. Their early career included roles as an Operator and Clerk in Institutional Equities at RBS and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., respectively. León holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Otago, earned between 2001 and 2006.
