Matt Compton

Matt Compton is currently the Chief of Staff at Climate Power. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions including Senior Vice President at Blue State, Deputy Digital Director at Hillary for America, and Digital Director at the Democratic National Committee. Matt also has experience as the Communications Director at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee and as a Contributing Editor at The Democratic Strategist. Matt's background includes expertise in digital strategy, communications, and advocacy, with a strong focus on political campaigns and public policy. Matt holds a BA in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
