Todd Ernest is the Executive Chairman of Climate Pros and the founder and CEO of Climate Pros. They founded Climate Pros in 2006, and the company has grown into a nationwide refrigeration and HVAC service and installation contractor with more than 1,700 employees and 34 branch locations, servicing over 10,000 sites. They are experienced in software solutions for commercial, institutional, and multi-site customers and have a track record of building management teams for a decentralized business model while serving some of the country’s largest companies. They are a YPO member (since 2019) and were previously a Vistage member.
